Featuring Don Yeo as a moderator in the panel discussion at the People Matters 2011
The 6th annual People Matters Conference was held on 13 July 2011 (Wednesday) at the Rock Auditorium in Suntec City. 'People Matters' is an annual conference organised by the Public Service Dvision and Civil Service College to share insights on people issues, increase awareness of the latest HR trends and developments, and promote HR and OD best practices from both the public and private sectors.
At this conference, Don participated as a moderator in the panel discussion with speakers: Ms Jackie Orme, CEO of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Dr John LIM, CEO of Health Sciences Authority and Mr D.M. Arulraj, Global Head of Human Rresource of Standard Chartered, emphasizing the importance of managing people in times of change to achieve and sustain desirable organisational outcomes.
